     January Seminar

   The Minnesota Viewers Association will be holding it's first seminar of 2010 on Thursday, January 14th

     This is the first seminar of the 2010 accreditation year.  In case of bad weather, the alternate date will be January 28th.  Weather announcement will be made through the metro TV stations, if possible. 

     The seminar will be Viewing 120: "The determination of benefit classifications"  This seminar will discuss how to determine benefit classifications in the mass appraisal process.  After having presentations on the formation of the state's geology and soils, we will look at how this information applies to use in the viewing process. 

      This is the first seminar of the 2010 accreditation year.  Members need to attend at least 2 seminars annually to receive accreditation for the year.

     The 2010 memberships are now due and are $25.00 per year for individual members and $125.00 for associate membership.  A separate invoice or receipt will be sent to the associate members.

     The registration fee of $20.00 for the seminar includes morning coffee, noon lunch and seminar materials.

     P.S. - The Board Meeting will be held at 9:45 prior to the regular seminar.
